ONCE AGAIN, people should really do their HOMEWORK before titling/captioning & tagging videos that they upload on (not just here but all) porn tubes. ugh! No they are NOT twins at all. The one that bottoms 1st is Colby Chambers and the other is Mickey Knox (both versatile as seen, with each other and other performers); together they were cam models that leveled up to porn stardom, producing & directing - hence their well known creation - the studios/site "ColbyKnox". And for a while they were boyfriends but currently are partners for life (although I'm not sure if they are married or not).
