Yeah, I literally have never seen this scenario before. Of course, the saliva is going to unfortunately impact the sperm, so this really is just a strange fantasy. But unique for sure. Usually if a couple doesn't want to do AI, they will be at least willing for a short time to have NI to deliver the sperm, and will increase the chance of success without the risk of the "circus" around it like this. They probably would rather have a penis in their vagina way more likely than in their mouth if the sole intent is actually impregnation. Interesting concept anyway.
