至 plug82man82 : Silicone or some other material the can change it's shape a bit to conform to the pelvic opening is the way to go. I know my hole can open up to 17" around but it's a perfect circle because of the pelvic opening and my silicone toys can conform and slip in...with pleasurable effort of course.
