Glass up your ass is not a good idea. With the pressures encountered, it can shatter. Then hospital. Use plastic if not rubber/silicon. Get a plastic bottle of water( of desired size!) and fill with warm/hot water. Wonderful, and no risk and low cost.

Well, that's one fancy way of playing Russian Roulette. I mean, I'm all for extreme, inventive ass-play, but shoving glass up you ass is always a terrible, terrible idea.
